Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Important notice! According to § 312g II 1 no.1 of the German Civil Code the right of rescission does not apply for deliveries of goods which were especially customized or particularly custom-designed. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the last merchandise.

informing us clearly and explicitly (by letter sent by post, fax, e-mail or telephone) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send your revocation notice before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will return all payments we have received from you, excluding the shipping costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notification. For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly stated that you wish another form of compensation. You will not be charged of any fees for this repayment in any case.

We can delay this payment until we have received the goods back again, or until you have shown us proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You have to return the goods promptly and in no event any later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract to:

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the withdrawal period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if such loss of value has occurred for any reason other than to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We will not accept the retoure of used smoking equipment.
